Training

Guided sales training will be provided on the job. On-going product knowledge training, including two weeks of structured learning on the production floor is required during the first 30 days.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with the Outside Sales team and Account Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Communication: Be the bridge between customers and our internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Build Relationships: Help foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and proactive communication.
  • Grow Your Knowledge: Continually expand your expertise on our products and services—your growth is important to us!
  • Support Sales Meetings: Participate in regular meetings to ensure projects are on track and all customer needs are met.
  • Order Processing: Accurately enter estimates and orders, ensuring all details are correct for smooth project execution.
  • Fast-Track Customer Support: Respond to all customer inquiries (emails and calls) promptly—same-day response guaranteed.
  • Stay Organized: Utilize tools like email flagging and to-do lists to stay on top of tasks and deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor customers' inventory levels and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely restocking.
