Training

No experience in promotional products? No problem! We provide hands-on training to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities

As a key part of our team, you'll help our sales reps create exciting promotional product solutions for clients and prospects. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating orders, designing mockups, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to recommend and sell custom-branded promotional products.
  • Guide clients and prospects through the product selection process for events, projects, and marketing initiatives.
  • Create presentations, proposals, and quotes that match client specifications and needs.
  • Communicate with vendors for pricing, mockups, and product details via email and phone.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to create product mockups in-house.
  • Ensure accurate order entry, artwork submission, and delivery tracking.
  • Attend local tradeshows and vendor meetings to stay up-to-date with the industry.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
  • Work alongside our sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a customer service or project management role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Illustrator/Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Attitude: A collaborative spirit, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering great service.
