Chris grew up in Greenville Mississippi with one brother and attended LSU where he received a BFA in graphic design. 35 years ago he met the love of his life, Marcia, and he is happily married with two children. He entered the graphics industry in 1984 with a color separation company in Jackson MS. The company grew and evolved into First Graphix and in 2016 it merged with Vivid Ink Graphics.
Chris views Vivid Ink Graphics as primarily a solution provider. Regardless of the quantity, size, or complexity of a customer’s need, he helps assure that Vivid Ink Graphics is able to provide an excellent solution. Chris solves the everyday problems that arise in the operation of a custom graphics shop, but he leads by example in his commitment to continuous improvement. With a personal motto of “better today than yesterday” he is a leading contributor to Vivid’s sustained improvement.
Chris is an outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting, and the peace of the woods. On the weekends, he serves as a handyman for his wife and kids, and has been a board member of The Sunshine Foundation for 14 years.
